Booking & Changes

• How far in advance do I need to book?expand_more
  You can book up to 3 hours before departure. During peak seasons (holidays, summer), we recommend booking in advance.
• What is the cancellation and refund policy?expand_more
  • More than 48 hours before: full refund
  • 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
  • Within 24 hours / No-show: no refund
• Can I change the pickup date or time?expand_more
  Changes are free up to 6 hours before departure. Contact us at van@wehome.me or by phone.

Using the Service

• Are there extra charges for late-night or early-morning rides?expand_more
  No. Wehome Van operates on fixed fares 24/7. The fare is the same regardless of the time.
• Where do I meet my driver?expand_more
  The exact meeting point is included in your confirmation text. For airport pickups, your driver will wait at the arrivals exit with a name sign.
• Is this service available for foreign visitors?expand_more
  Yes. We can assign an English-speaking driver upon request. Please note "English driver needed" in the special requests field when booking.
